A vacant listing photographs small and the viewings fall flat. Refer it to us and we quote your vendor within 48 hours, install around your photography date and hand the keys back the same evening: Curate furniture on rental until completion, blinds and light fittings where the house needs them, and the listing photography if you want it.

Why agents use us
The vendor pays for the staging. You get a listing that photographs properly, viewings that live up to the pictures, and a house that sells sooner, which is what your fee depends on. We work with agents on a referral basis: you introduce the vendor, we quote them direct, and you stay in the loop on every date.
In the Home Staging Association UK & Ireland's survey of 330 property professionals, 94% of the estate agents said staging increased viewings and 85% said a staged home sells up to three times faster.
We are based in Cheshire and our crew and vans go anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales. See Yew Tree Cottage: an ex-rental, staged in two days, every room before and after.

What to send us
The listings that struggle empty are the ones we stage: probate sales standing empty, rentals handed back at the end of a tenancy, part-exchange stock, second homes, and the last plots on a site. Phone photos and a postcode are enough for a quote.

How it works
Send the address, phone photos of each room and your photography date. We quote the vendor within 48 hours.
A room-by-room plan pitched at the buyer you expect, with blinds, light fittings or a decorating scheme if the house needs them. The vendor pays one deposit; you get one date.
One day for most houses, two for a bigger one. Our crew, our vans, keys collected from your branch and back the same evening.
We photograph the finished house the afternoon it's done, or your photographer shoots it furnished. Either way the listing goes live that week.
Monthly rental after the first 12 weeks. Viewings happen in a home, not a shell, and the house stays viewing-ready.
We collect everything the week of exchange, around your completion date. Or the buyer keeps it: the furniture can be bought outright.
Want the agent pack for your branch? Email hello@curateinteriors.co.uk and we'll send the pricing guide, the Yew Tree case study and a one-page leaflet for your vendors.

A design and install fee plus a monthly rental with a 12-week minimum term. As a guide, Yew Tree Cottage, eight rooms plus hall and landing, was £5,995 + VAT including the scheme, delivery, installation and styling, the photography and the first 12 weeks' rental, then £600 + VAT a month until it sells. Blinds and light fittings are at additional cost.
